Why did these issues start
Most of these technical issues came about during the transition from the old system to the new one. We ask for your patience while we work to resolve them. Once they are resolved, we will update this page.
Complete listing details unavailable
When you click on ‘complete listing details’ or ‘submitted applications’, you will get an access denied message. We do not have an alternative solution available at this time.
Published services show as pending
Services that were published on Marketplace are now showing as pending.
Be assured, your service listings remain published on the Marketplace agency-facing portal. You do not need to update your services.
Finding your registration application
The ‘continue application’ link your received may no longer work. To access and work on your application, log in to your user account.
This only affects suppliers who:
- started their registration application before we transitioned from the old system to the new one, and
- still have not completed their registration application.
If your issue is not covered here, contact the Marketplace team for help. Log in to Marketplace and message us from within the secure supplier area or email us directly at Marketplace@dia.govt.nz.
